Hi, my name is Katina Gadson. Also known on youtube as Teena Isa.  I'm a Child of God, a Mother of four, E.T.C.  In 2013, I had noticed my hair had profusely broken off.  I began to ask the Lord to grow my hair back. Not only did I ask but, I made some crazy vows.    I vowed to never wear weave or hair pieces.  In exchange, for hair growth.  

 

One day, I was looking on youtube for ideas on how to care for my relaxed hair. But, Jesus led me in a different direction.  I began to watch videos about natural hair.  I tussled with the idea of being natural.  I wanted my hair to be straight for obvious reasons. Eventually, I gave in and my children and I have been natural ever since.  

 

Being natural has been a long journey with many ups and downs.  But, I enjoy every moment of it.    

I began, this blog to encourage you all to love yourselves and your hair the way God made it.  And, to let you know there is nothing wrong with living in a coily world.
